• Messenger API — automated conversations on Facebook Messenger

These services run under our own Meta Business account. Workflows are orchestrated via n8n, and conversation data is stored in a PostgreSQL database.

• Phone numbers — of end users who interact with our clients' WhatsApp chatbots
• Facebook User IDs — of users who interact via Messenger
• Instagram User IDs — of users who interact via Instagram Direct

• Conversation history — timestamps, message sequences, and metadata associated with each conversation

4. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Delivering and operating chatbot automation services for our business clients
• Maintaining conversation context to provide coherent automated responses

We retain conversation data for as long as it is necessary to provide our services to our business clients or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted from our systems.
