Data Deletion Request

1. Overview
PazarlisApps respects your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with one of our business clients' chatbots through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct, you may request the permanent deletion of your data from our systems.
Our services use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger API, and Instagram Messaging API to operate chatbot automations on behalf of our business clients. All conversation data is stored in a PostgreSQL database under our control.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data associated with you:
- Phone number — if you interacted via WhatsApp
- Facebook User ID — if you interacted via Messenger
- Instagram User ID — if you interacted via Instagram Direct
- Message content — all text, media references, and other content from your conversations
- Conversation history — all timestamps, message sequences, and metadata related to your interactions
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Follow these steps:
Write to pazarlisapps.com@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, please provide: your full name, the platform you used (WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram), and any identifying information such as your phone number, Facebook username, or Instagram handle.
We will verify your identity and permanently delete all associated data from our PostgreSQL database within 30 days of receiving your request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.

5. Important Notes
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
- Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Deletion from our systems does not affect data held by Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) on their own platforms. To manage your data on Meta's platforms, please refer to Meta's Privacy Policy.
- We may retain certain data if required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you used Facebook Login to interact with our services, you may also initiate data deletion directly from your Facebook account settings. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find PazarlisApps, and select "Remove". This will trigger a data deletion request on our end.
